What is Social Studio?
Social Studio is an AI-powered chat interface where you describe what you want to post, and the AI generates a full post — including text (caption + body copy) and a matching image. You can refine it, regenerate, save it, or send it directly to the Content Planner.
Style images vs. Reference images
Style images
Examples of your brand's visual aesthetic — colors, fonts, mood. The AI reads these to match your look. Upload 2–5 for best results.
Reference images
Specific people, products, or objects you want included in the generated image. The AI tries to incorporate these visually.
How to create a post
Open Social Studio
In the dashboard, go to Social Studio in the left sidebar. You will see the AI chat interface.
Upload style images (recommended)
Click the “Style” button in the toolbar below the input. Select 2–5 images from your brand: old posts, product photos, website banners. These teach the AI your visual identity.
Add reference images (optional)
Click “Reference” to add specific images you want the AI to use in the generated photo — e.g. your product, a specific person, or a location.
Choose aspect ratio
Select 1:1 (square, for feed), 16:9 (landscape, for stories/YouTube), or 9:16 (vertical, for Reels/TikTok) using the aspect ratio button in the toolbar.
Choose generation mode
Text + Image: full post with caption and visual. Text only: just the caption and hashtags. Image only: just the visual, no text.
Write your topic
In the message box, describe what the post should be about. Be specific: instead of “shoes post”, write “New arrival: minimalist white leather sneakers for summer. Casual and clean look.”
Hit Send (or press Enter)
The AI generates your post. Text and image appear together in the chat. Generation takes 10–30 seconds depending on the mode.
Review and save
Read the caption, check the image. If you like it, click “Save” to add it to your Posts library. To publish or schedule it, click “Publish” to open the Create Post modal.
Regenerate or refine
Not happy? Type a follow-up message: “Make the caption shorter”, “Use a darker background”, “Add a call to action at the end”. The AI adjusts based on your feedback.
- Upload 3–5 diverse style images (different post types, same brand feel).
- Include your logo in at least one style image — AI may add it to the post.
- Be specific in your topic: include product name, mood, and target audience.
- Use “Text only” mode for carousels where you will design the image yourself.
AI Credits
Each generation uses 1 credit. Your plan includes 30 credits per month, which reset on your billing date. The credit counter is visible in the top right of Social Studio.
If you run out of credits, they reset automatically on your next billing cycle date. Contact support if you need additional credits before then.
