Content Planner

Overview

The Content Planner shows all your posts on a calendar — both scheduled (future) and published (past). Switch between Week view and Month view using the buttons in the top right. Navigate with the arrow buttons and jump back to today with the “Today” button.

Calendar views

Week view

Shows 7 days in columns with hourly time slots. Each post appears as a card at its scheduled time. Click any empty slot to create a new post pre-filled with that date and time. On mobile, scroll horizontally to see all 7 days.

Month view

Shows the full month grid. Each day shows up to 3 post cards (desktop) or colored status dots (mobile). Click any day to create a new post scheduled for that date.

Creating a new post

There are two ways:

Option A — Click on a time slot

In Week view, click any hour cell. The Create Post modal opens with the date and time already filled in. In Month view, click any day cell.

Option B — “New Post” button

Click the “New Post” button in the top right corner. The modal opens and you can set the date/time manually in the calendar picker.

In the Create Post modal, you can set:

Title

Optional internal label (not published). Helps you identify posts in the planner.

Post text

The main caption or message body. Character limits apply per platform (e.g. Twitter: 280 chars).

Caption

Short hook/tagline shown separately (Instagram-style captions).

Image / Video

Upload media or use an image generated in Social Studio.

Channels

Select which connected channels to publish to (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X). Each channel can have overridden text.

Schedule date & time

Pick the exact time to publish. Leave empty to save as Draft.

Post type

Post, Reel, Story — depending on the channel.

Location & Mentions

Optional location tag and @mentions for Instagram posts.

Adding a video post

1

Open Create Post modal

Click “New Post” or click on a time slot in the calendar.

2

Click the Video tab in the media section

In the media upload area, switch from Image to Video.

3

Upload your video file

Select an MP4 or MOV file. After upload, a preview appears. For Reels/Stories, the video is cropped to 9:16 automatically.

4

Upload a cover image (optional)

For Telegram and Instagram, you can set a custom thumbnail for the video. Click “Upload Cover”.

5

Select Post Type

Choose “Reel” for Instagram vertical video, or “Post” for a standard video post.

6

Schedule and save

Set the date/time, select channels, and click “Schedule”. The post appears in the planner with a video icon.

Editing a post

Click on any post card in the calendar. The Edit Post modal opens with all the post's current data. Change any field and click “Save”. The changes take effect immediately — if the post is already scheduled, it will be published with the updated content.

Deleting a post

Hover over a post card — a trash icon appears in the top right corner. Click it, confirm in the dialog, and the post is permanently deleted. Deleted posts cannot be recovered.

Deleting a scheduled post also cancels its scheduled publication. Deleting a published post only removes it from Flowre — it does not delete the post from Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Pinterest, or other platforms.

Post status indicators

Scheduled

Post is queued and will be published at the set time.

Published / Ready

Post has been published successfully.

Draft

Post is saved but not scheduled. No time is set.

Failed

Publishing failed. Check your channel connection and try again.

Tip: Use Social Studio to generate your post content, then click “Publish” in the chat to open the Create Post modal with the caption and image pre-filled. This is the fastest way from idea to calendar.
