How to Connect Facebook to Flowre
Link your Facebook Page to Flowre so you can automate Messenger DMs, comment replies, and multi-step flows for your audience.

Requirements
Before connecting, make sure you have all of the following:
A Facebook Page (not a personal profile)
You must have a Facebook Page for your business or brand. Personal profiles cannot be connected.
Admin access to the Facebook Page
You must be an Admin of the Page. Editor or Moderator roles are not sufficient.
Messenger enabled for your Page
Go to your Facebook Page → Settings → Messaging and make sure Messenger is turned on.
Step-by-step guide
Open Flowre → Channels
In your Flowre dashboard, click “Channels” in the left sidebar. Click “Add Channel” and select Facebook.
Click “Connect with Facebook”
You will be redirected to Facebook’s login screen. Log in with the Facebook account that manages your Page.
Grant all required permissions
Facebook will show a permissions dialog. You must allow all permissions — including read/write access to messages and page management. Denying any permission will prevent automation from working.
Select your Facebook Page
Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect. If you manage multiple Pages, only select the one you want to automate. You can add more Pages later.
Connect Instagram (optional)
If your Facebook Page is linked to an Instagram Business account, Flowre will offer to connect Instagram at the same time. Click “Also connect Instagram” to enable automation on both channels at once.
You’re connected!
Your Facebook Page will appear in the Channels list with a status badge. You can now create Messenger automation flows, comment trigger workflows, and AI agents for this Page.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see my Facebook Page in the list
Make sure you are logged into the correct Facebook account and that you have Admin role on the Page. Editor and Moderator roles are not supported.
Connection fails or permission error appears
Try disconnecting and reconnecting. On Facebook’s permissions screen, ensure you allow ALL requested permissions. If you denied any, you may need to remove Flowre’s access in Facebook Settings → Apps and try again.
My Page is connected but Messenger automation is not working
Go to your Facebook Page → Settings → Messaging and verify that Messenger is enabled. Also check that your workflow is active and the trigger is set to the correct channel.
Facebook limits the number of automated messages per day from Pages. Flows triggered by user actions (comments, inbound DMs) have higher deliverability than outbound broadcasts. Stay within Meta\u2019s guidelines to avoid restrictions.
