Terms and conditions for using Flowre.io.

Welcome to Flowre.io! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowre.io website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Flowre.io ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Flowre.io.

2. Description of Service

Flowre.io is a social media management and marketing automation platform that enables users to:

  • Connect and manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard
  • Publish content (posts, images, videos, YouTube Shorts) to connected platforms
  • Build and run automated chatbot workflows for customer communication
  • Schedule and plan social media content via a content planner
  • Use AI-powered tools to generate and optimize social media content

Supported platforms include: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and additional platforms as added over time.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

A. Google and YouTube

Our Service integrates with Google APIs, including the YouTube Data API v3, to allow you to publish videos and YouTube Shorts to your YouTube channel.

B. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Our Service integrates with Meta Platform APIs to allow management of Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

  • By connecting your Meta accounts, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Meta's Platform Terms, and Instagram's Terms of Use.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automation features complies with Meta's policies, including rules against spam and unauthorized messaging.
  • Flowre.io is not responsible if your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram accounts are restricted, suspended, or disabled due to your use of the Service in violation of their policies.

C. TikTok

The Flowre.io application integrates with TikTok's API to allow users of Flowre.io to schedule and publish content to their TikTok accounts.

  • By connecting your TikTok account to Flowre.io, you authorize Flowre.io to post videos and content on your behalf, access your TikTok profile information, and retrieve post performance metrics.
  • Flowre.io does not access, store, or share your TikTok credentials. Authentication is handled securely via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow.
  • You agree to comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
  • Flowre.io complies with TikTok's Developer Terms and Platform Policies. Flowre.io does not use TikTok data for any purpose beyond what is explicitly disclosed to users and approved by TikTok.
  • You may revoke Flowre.io's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok account settings.

D. Other Platforms

By connecting LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Telegram, or any other platform to Flowre.io, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service and developer policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content and usage complies with each platform's rules.

E. API Availability

We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any third-party API. If a platform changes its policies, restricts API access, or removes certain capabilities, Flowre.io reserves the right to modify or suspend related features without liability.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms you connect to Flowre.io

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or violate anti-spam laws through automation or broadcast tools
  • Publish content that violates any third-party platform's community guidelines or content policies
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data without proper consent

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Flowre.io a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
  • Our Content: The Flowre.io platform, including its design, software, and features, is owned by Flowre.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any applicable law or platform policy.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription (such as our "Starter," "Pro," or "Business" plans).
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowre.io and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Business losses resulting from third-party API failures, outages, or policy changes (e.g., YouTube, Meta, or Pinterest API disruptions)
  • Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms resulting from your content or usage
  • Unauthorized access to your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flowre.io in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flowre.io and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Service in violation of any applicable law
  • Your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service
  • Content you publish through the Service

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@flowre.io.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, violate third-party platform policies through our Service, or engage in any activity harmful to Flowre.io or other users.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating this page and the "Last Updated" date, or by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uzbekistan.
